Dr. Melba Faulkner Kennedy
Dr. Melba Kennedy brings over three decades of visionary leadership in education, workforce development, and strategic consulting. As the founder of AdaptaSphere Consulting Group, she leverages her deep expertise in Career and Technical Education (CTE), institutional effectiveness, human capital development, and agile workforce transformation to help organizations thrive in today’s rapidly evolving economy.
With a distinguished career spanning K-12, postsecondary, and state-level leadership, Dr. Kennedy has designed and led successful initiatives that bridge education and industry, align career pathways with workforce needs, and secure multi-million-dollar grant funding to power innovation. Her work at River Parishes Community College, the Louisiana Community and Technical College System (LCTCS), and the Louisiana Department of Education reflects her strength in aligning strategic vision with measurable outcomes.
